Here we go again
Hi! I'm going to be cosplaying as Lavi from D.Gray-Man to an upcoming Convention. I'll be cosplaying in the third uniform, but I pretty much have the outfit ready. All I need is his eye patch, headband, wig and hammer. Can anyone give me any idea's on how to style the wig and make the hammer??

Yeah sure The hammer is the same, just a different color and the wig is pretty much the same too.

Okay, I'll start with the wig. You said style the wig. So does that mean you already have a wig you can use? The eye patch is easy to make if you don't find one at a toy store or a costume store. Just take a piece of elastic string and cut out a patch out of black fabric and glue/sew them together. The headband is a bit detailed, but you could probably buy some black and teal fabric and make it into the headband. As for the hammer....the only way I know how to make good props like that is to get some wonderflex. The stuff is expensive but it's the best thing for cosplay props. www.cosplaysupplies.com/store.php?s=M4UZOtherwise I'd say, get a broom stick and make the hammer part out of cardboard XD;

I'll probably get a broom stick for the hammer ^^ I don't have a wig yet, but I am going to buy one. I just thought that if I pretty much knew how to style it before I get it, it would be quicker xD Thanks a lot

Ah, Maybe. It really depends on where she lives. Dad probably won't let me get anything from over seas. (I live in Australia by the way).
I considered asking the rangers, but I chose here because it isn't as crowded. I didn't really want to many ideas thrown at me *sweatdrop*
But thanks a lot!

Yeah, I was afraid I was gonna get too many ideas but I only got help from one person and she's really good at making cosplay and props. If you have trouble, just ask her about it. XD
